The most visible RMSF members were IML newbies Bouncer and Christian, or maybe they were just the only ones that stood still long enough for a picture (ok they were tied up). RMSF was also visible at the San Francisco party on Friday night where Rick put on an erotic demo called “Toys” with the help of some hot rubber men who are not YET members. We also had representation in the MIR booth with promotion for our Dore Weekend Events. A few of us made it to the contest to support our California leather brothers competing for the title of IML and although we didn’t have representation on stage with our colors it was acknowledged by contest participants and guests that RMSF was present.
Even the market couldn’t escape our invasion. While shopping at J T Stockroom we met a San Francisco newcomer working in the rubber department who was thrilled to learn about RMSF and plans to start coming to our events and possibly become a member. We had a ball (literally) with the guys at Squeak Latex who gave us a private demo before the market opened with some of their inflatable latex gear. The Rage Rubber guys were impressed that we featured a how to video on our website with their Vac Coffin and the folks at Kinky Medical/Rainbow Rope were happy to have Bouncer take their electro toys for a test drive. And of course the place we couldn’t get enough of was E7Gear who is excited to support RMSF as an official Sponsor.
The best part was connecting with new and old friends and sharing some amazing experiences like introducing a newcomer to the hidden rubber play parties in Chicago and the fascination of being in an environment where kink is accepted 24 hours a day.
What’s next? RMSF will be back to IML next year with an even stronger presence but first, watch out MIR we are heading your way in November!
